Mike & Molly star opens new restaurant!

If you live in southwest Orlando you may have noticed a new pizza place in town with a familiar name Gardell Brothers. But did you know one of it's brothers is a celebrity ? Actor Billy Gardell of Mike & Molly just opened a Pizzaria in Hunters creek . On September 9, he tweeted to his followers

Although Gardell was born in Pennsylvania he grew up in Winter Park Florida where he attended Winter Park High School. In his early career days as an actor he appeared in the low budget, highly successful fim "The Blair Witch Project", an dcomdedy stints at Bonkerz Club. During this current project Billy and his brothers took a hands on approach working on the renovations for months. After all their efforts Billy says "The new place has a nice elegant feel to it.". Billy's grandmother owned a pizzaria adding he's been wanting to open a pizza restaurant for years. With his career sucess on the hit show Mike and Molly he now has '"the means" to do it. September is a big month for the actor with the restaurant opening and his return role as host for the second season of the Monopoly Millionaires Club. The syndicated Monopoly Millionaires Club airs September 13 (check local listings).
